Pumpkin Spice Muffin
WW PointsPlus per serving: 2
1 Spiced Cake mix
1 can pumpkin (not pumpkin pie filling, just pumpkin)
Mix both ingredients together, pour into 24 muffin cups
Bake @ 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Jen - if you're only baking these for 18 minutes they're probably not cooked enough. I would go at least 45 minutes.
ReplyDeleteFair enough - I thought as long as they weren't doughy (I think I'm baking words and muffins now) they were fine. I'll increase my baking time and I updated the recipe as suggested. Thanks Sheri!
